Yes sure.

To help us we have a lawyer.

In fact at the beginning of this year the DCF was not possible in Paris due to some changes, that's why we decided to request a K3.And I don't know when they reinstalled this procedure in place.

I will keep you informed.

It was reinstated in March of this year. It was quite a mess at the start of the year with the Adam Walsh law. Good luck getting everything sorted.

US Immigration Timeline

-------------------------

24 Feb 2007 - Sent I-130 to London USCIS office (I'm the petitioner)

25 May 2007 - NOA2

2 June 2007 - Received Packet 3

12 Oct 2007 - Sent Packet 3 back by special delivery

5 Nov 2007 - Interview in London - Approved without any hitches!

7 Nov 2007 - Visa and MBE arrived by SMS! :)

30 Jan 2008 - Fly to Michigan!! :)

*Note: Any delays in our case are only due to us taking things slowly

Hi,

Good news, I went to the embassy yesterday, and they accepted my DCF. My I130 was accepted directly. I will receive my instruction package in 2-3 weeks for my visa CR1.

The officer told me that it will take around 4 months to complete everything !!!

That's great that they said it wasn't problem even though you already have a petition in a US service center! I've heard of consulates usually needing confirmation that the first petition had been cancelled. Congrats.
