Hi,

I submitted my photos in notebook forms and USCIS returned it. Although I have probably a good 50 photos included in the packet NOT in notebook form but my question is should I re-send these photos. Those pictures in notebook format were focusing on highlights of our vacation.

I appreciate your advice.

I was wanting to avoid RFE but Im leaning towards them letting me know via correspondence if there’s really a need to provide more.

Thanks for the response, I just really needed to get this out in the forum. I appreciate it

Consider yourself lucky that they sent your photos back to you. I would seriously recommend that you refrain from sending anything to USCIS that does not conform to their mailing/packaging guidelines. You run the risk of having your notebook(s) shredded, stapled, mutilated, if they even tried to take them apart.

As mentioned by others, avoid the urge, the packaging/posting expense of sending in supplemental evidence, unless in response to a RFE from USCIS.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

I have personally submitted my I751 without including any picture, absolutely none.

And I still got approved without RFI nor interview. Just to tell you this people don't really focus on pictures. If you have solid evidences then you shouldn't worry about nothing.

what strong evidences you sent them ? Thank you!

Oh no! I totally missed the guidelines when sending in the package to switch to divorce waiver.. I had originals (because I don't need them anymore), and didn't note the application and the nature on the envelope..

Thank you @Pitaya (火龙果) for sharing the tips. Will be sure to comply in the future.
