Hi, I tried to make a little research and appears that most of the people transfered to CSC are K visa holders.

But I want to know in this post is there is any that came to US with a B2 Visa, married, AOS process and transfered to CSC. I have an H-1B visa approval but will be "active" from October 1 so I'm in the group entered to US just with a B2 Visa, 4 months of love and married. And obviously as everybody I hope to be transfered to CSC but I know that for me will be hard that option.

USCIS doesn't approve AOS applications from a B2 Visa without an interview.
