Possible problem with DORA, please help

I'm in the same situation!!! My USCIS case status online says that the have only received the applications and that the case is pending as of may 1st. i took my fingerprints the 25th of may and called FBI a couple of days later. They "told" me that my fingerprints were completed and sent back the same day the 25th. once again i checked my status online and it still says that the case is pending as of may 1st. I called and immigration said the same thing.

i guess all i can do is just wait, but its getting to me knowing that FBI had completed them the same day and immigration could not give me any information about that.

I have a friend who filed under DORA back in February had their interview and everything. After the 90 days she went for a infopass and they told her that they were basically kicked off DORA and in name check mode.

EAD:

AOS:

2/19/08: AOS Packet Mailed

2/20/08: AOS Packet Delivered

2/26/08: NOA Date

2/27/08: Check Cashed

3/03/08: NOA Recv'd

3/15/08: Biometrics Complete

3/17/08: Can See Status Online

9/20/08: Receive Intv. Appt Letter

10/17/08: Touched

10/28/08: AOS Interview - APPROVED

10/30/08: Card Production Ordered

11/06/08: Welcome Letter Arrives

11/10/08: GC Arrives

10/2011: Citizenship

I just received an email notification - EAD production ordered. I am officially happy!!!

April 13, 2010 - N 400 sent

April 14, 2010 - Received confirmation of delivery from mail carrier

April 23, 2010 - NOA date

April 26, 2010 - Check cleared

April 27, 2010 - NOA letter received

May 7, 2010 - Fingerprint letter received

May 24, 2010 - Fingerprint appointment

July 13, 2010 - Interview (passed!)

July 29, 2010 - Oath letter received. Oath scheduled for 08/26/2010

August 26, 2010 - I'm a US Citizen!!!!

Does anyone know the phone number for the FBI office? I called their main contact number as it was listed on the FBI website and they told me FBI does not do name checks anymore and that I should contact INS.

Please help!!! I, too applied on March 23rd and have not received anything from INS since.

The FBI doesn't do name checks anymore........ what the hecks going on.......keep us posted on this!

March 13/07 - US Entry

March 15/07 - WEDDING DAY

March 21/07 - AOS application & Interview through DORA Day 1

April 13/07 - Rec'd letter with Bio Appt. date Day 24

April 27/07 - Biometrics Appointment "touched" Day 38

April 30/07 - "Touched" Day 40

June 8/07 - Day 79...still waiting, haven't been touched or heard anything.

June 13/07 - Day 84..... I'm not having much faith in this DORA process..... closing in on the 90 day time frame real fast.....

June 19/07 - Day 90 ......nothing (Hubby calls Senator's Office)

June 20/07 - Day 91 - Got the "70 Day Letter" in the mail today :-(

June 22/07 - Mailed out EAD and AP by Priority Post Day 93

June 24/07 - EAD rec'd at Chicago Lockbox

June 29/07 - Day 100 - Infopass appt in OKC..... AOS stuck in name check

July 3/07 - Day 104 - Rec'd NOA for EAD

July 6/07 - Day 107 - Rec'd letter for EAD Bio Appt. for July 18th

July 18/07 -Biometrics
