Hi everyone, so currently I've been waiting for my case number, my file was delivered to the NVC last week. In the meantime, my fiancee started preparing the I-134.

There's a couple of questions I hope someone could help me with, as I wasn't able to find the answers so far:

- Will I need to bring the original I-134 to the embassy interview? So my fiancee should send it to me via post? Or is a scanned and printed copy sufficient?

- Is there any restriction to how long the filled in and signed AoS is valid for? Or in other words, is it okay if my fiancee mails it to me now already, while I still haven't been able to schedule my interview? And of course I hope to be able to do so within a couple of weeks, but one never knows how long it will actually take.

I believe the embassy will require the original I-134 with a "wet" signature.  I don't believe there is an expiration to the AoS (other than the 10 years of actual support 😉).  You should be fine having your fiancee mail it to you.

I believe you will also need new statements of "Intent to Marry" documents signed by both you and your financee.

Good luck!
