Im getting married in the US and going back shortly after whilst my husband files for I-130 petition

@Beedee170407 Do you have your  turist visa or you need to apply for it ? I thought a turist visa is for visiting  an d the chances of getting the visa and  being admitted at the border ar slim if you plan to get married .

No, this is not true.. Yes, there will be a known immigrant intent but the fact that it is being done the legal way (the pending I-130) shows the intention of doing it right.

 

Applying for a tourist visa when there are a lot of ties to the US but no pending immigration visa application would look suspicious and could end up in a denial.

There is no pending I 130 before her " initial " visit . The I 130 will be filled during or after her visit . 

Just can ' t see her admitted  in the first place , unless she  has very strong ties to Nigeria , stronger than a fiance in the US . Hope I' m wrong .
