I am the foreigner and on the I-130 Petition for Alien relative it mentions that my wife has to fill in the G-325A bio info form. Is this true?? My mate in NJ says his wife didnt have to fill any 325 bio forms but she thought the forms might have changed in the last year or so.

Can anyone clarify this please?? Cos the 325 is a pain to fill in!!!!!!

Does she just have to fill in one page or all four!!

Cheers for an help here folks!!

I applied for AOS through the DORA program. I was also under the impression that I didn't need a G-325A for my USC wife but when I arrived at the interview it was requested. The officer said we should be ok without it but it was normally required. (Hmmmm.... maybe that's why there's a delay in my AOS...)

So, PitA or not - it's definitely worth doing it, if only for the peace of mind.
