visa journey log in problems

I have 2 pc's in home and when i use my pc in the basement when i type in visa journey and when i go to click on visa journey, chase credit card opens up not visa journey- can anybody tell me how to fix this problem. I cant seem to visa journey on my basement pc. Any advice how to correct this problem??

sounds like you have spyware or a hijacker that does a redirect on you.

well i do have an antivirus protection for pc and did a full scan on pc yesterday and it quarantined some files but did not correct the visa journey problem. I hope I will be able to log back on visa journey on my other pc.

anti-virus does not catch spyware most of the time. you'll need a separate program for such. i've got webroot's spysweeper and also pestpatrol, i currently lean towards pestpatrol as it seems to catch stuff that spysweeper does not. i've also been told it's advisable to have at least two anti-spyware programs just for that reason, but such does not apply for anti-virus programs (sometimes they detect each other )
