This is what is says on the CEAC website, however I already sent all the documents last week. How long will it be until they have it in their system? And if anyone could tell me how long it takes from the moment they receive everything until cc (case complete) my case will be going to the CDJ embassy

From my experience, that will not change until your application is approved. that's what they are waiting on, the approval. Once the approval is put in the system, this status will change to "at NVC"

It does say that my case is at nvc though, just says they don’t have my supporting documents and i864 even though I sent it and I’m having trouble getting uscis to send approval notice of i601a to nvc. Fees have been paid, ds260 has been submitted, supporting documents and i864 have been sent even though they have not yet been scanned by them...

If you have uploaded everything this status will stay until all your documents have also been accepted by the NVC. It will take them 3-4 weeks to review (and) accept them.

Once all your documents have been accepted, your status will change.

Thank you, sadly I wasn’t able to upload them, my lawyer said they had to be sent via snail mail for whatever reason so it might even take a little longer. Also I don’t know if this will affect me but last time I called to check if nvc had received i691a approval notice from uscis the lady asked me my receipt number and stuff and said she’d be taking it up with a supervisor so that they could try to get my approval from them...some people say a supervisor getting involved is a horrible idea and some say it made their process happen a million times faster...
