Luckily I was eligible to request for expedite, and my wife received her green cards within 6 months.  We are still waiting for the I-765 and I-131 to be done, but I know the green cards supersedes those now.

Great to hear! Good luck!

Once your GC is approved, EAD and AP discontinue to process.

Hey everyone,

currently filling out all necessary forms, like my I-485 and I-765. Me and my wife are planning to travel to visit my family in early November, so I thought it would make sense to also fill out I-131 for an advance parole travel document. Online, however, I see processing times of at least 3 months, which makes me feel like there isn´t much of a point filing it, since the green card itself will probably take around the same time. Does anyone have experience filing these together and when did you get your travel document? Thanks!

Regards

Yaru

Depends on your local office, I was lucky that I got my GC in 71 days :)
