Good news!!! My case was eventually transferred to the Denver field office. I received a call from USCIS on October 10, asking me if I will be available to attend a N-400 interview on October 17th in military base close to the city I live in. I accepted, and they confirmed my email address so they could email me a PDF copy of the interview notice. I told them I had a pending I-751 and they said it will be a combo interview, so I should come with my wife. I received an interview notice in my email 5 minutes after the call and also my case status online (my.uscis.gov) changed to "We Scheduled your Interview".

The interview went quite well. First was the I-751 interview, lasted for around 5 minutes. The officer basically went through our application and supporting documents. She did not ask for any more supporting documents. She told me she was going to recommend that the application be approved and then ushered my wife out of the room.

For N-400 interview, she began by going through my application and asking random questions. We then moved on to the Yes/No questions I answered on the form and then the Civics/American history/Government Questions:

1.Who is the commander in chief?

2. How many Senators are there?

3. Name one native American tribe

4. When do we celebrate Independence?

5. What did the emancipation declaration do?

6.How many states are there

I was then showed a sentence on a tablet to read and then she read out a sentence for me to write down on the tablet. She told me I passed but she would need supervisor approval.

On October 25th, my N-400 case status on my.uscis.gov changed to "We approved your application"(on egov.USCIS.gov, it says "Case was Submitted For Quality Review Based on an Approval Recommendation") while my I-751 status changed to "Interview was completed and case must be reviewed" on egov.USCIS.gov ( my.uscis.gov still says "We received your case"):( .

Today, October 28th, I received an I-751 approval notice in the mail. It reads: " We have approved your I-751 , Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence. Our records also indicate we have approved your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Because we also approved your N-400, you will not receive a new Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card). Instead, once you have taken the Oath of Allegiance, you will receive a Certificate of Naturalization, which will be proof of your U.S citizenship. If you have questions regarding this process, please contact the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283."

I will provide more updates as I get them.

Congratulations... as for me I'm really tired of seeing we have reviewed your biometrics.  . I cant wait for the Denver office to start scheduling interview.

Interview successfully completed on 10/16 with a ceremony slated for 11/8 but I had to more it to 11/22 due to a work commitment.

It was a very pleasant experience, I passed my test by getting the first 6 questions correct. The immigration officer gave me a date on the spot and was very understanding when I had to move it.

Quick update.  I had my N400 interview today. The entire process was very smooth thanks to a friendly officer.  I was 30 minutes early and was immediately called in.  After the oath, they verify name, address, DOB etc and then she proceed to take the civics test, Reading and Writing all of which takes about 10 minutes.  Then she proceeded to review the N400 application details and the main yes/no questions.

The whole process took about 20 minutes.  After, that she said she is going to recommend for approval and I should receive a letter once the oath ceremony is scheduled.  My online status changed after an hour to "Oath Ceremony will be scheduled" .  Now the wait begins for the Oath ceremony but the officer said that it should be within the next 30 to 60 days.  Thanks.

N400 Filed 08/23 (online)  (Local office is KC)

Finger printing notice received 08/24

Finger printing completed at local office: 09/09

Interview Scheduled for 10/30

Interview Successful - 10/30

Oath Scheduled for 11/15

I’ll be checking during the next couple days to check for the document and find out the interview date. I’m in Saint Louis, MO, sent my package on August 22, and did my biometrics on September 19

I'm happy for you. As for me I really dont know what's going on with the Denver office, really cant wait for them to start scheduling us for interviews. Cant wait to get done with this process once and for all.

Waiting here too in Tennessee, still no interview appointment scheduled. Checking online every day. I am surprised seeing people already waiting for oath ceremony. Seems like all this processing times depends on our office locations...
