Did you apply under the 3 year rule? If yes, then marriage cert was requested.

I had my marriage certificate but not all other supporting documents like bank statement, tax returns, pictures, joint bills and all.

I attached those to my application.  Bring them to the interview.  Some people say you should attach them online while applying, others will tell you to bring them to the interview. It depends on who you ask. Good luck!

why wouldn't you attach relevant documents? it's easy to do online.

Please reread my post. The only reason I suggested bringing the evidence to the interview is because s/he didn't attach them while applying.

You should be able to update your application online even after you submitted it. But, certainly, bringing printouts to the interview is a good idea!

That's awesome!!

did you file it under 3 years or 5 years?

hi, I did it after 5 years.

It was not really my intention to seek citizenship but things change and so did my mind about the citizenship eligibility. I've been a GC holder for about 8 years now.

So, I filed for N400 August 27th and completed my biometrics yesterday at the Memphis field office. This morning, I received an email about “taking action” on my case, but nothing has changed except “we reviewed your biometrics” which updated yesterday. I don’t know what’s going on, can someone who has had similar experience chime in? Thank you.

They have reviewed your biometrics.  I had my biometrics on September 4th and on 5th it changed to we reviewed your biometrics and my estimated month changed from 9months to 7 months . But today I checked it and the est time have changed again from 7 months to 5 months.  Hopefully your status change soon , can't wait to see an interview notification.  Lol
