Applied for SSN before filing I-765

Hey, everyone! 

I'm hoping someone can clarify a question that has just crossed my mind.... I applied for my husband's SSN a few days before our wedding. They told us it could take up to 4 weeks and we have yet to receive his card

(but that's not the issue at this moment).

I have reason to believe that when we filled out our AOS paperwork, my attorney may have requested a SSC with the I-765 and I can't remember if we talked about us already applying for it before everything was sent.

Could this turn into an issue later down the road because of a "multiple requests?"  Is this as easy as calling them later with an update and calling it a day?

Before I reach out to him and/or start panicking, is this a big deal?

08/16/19 - Biometric Appt.

09/25/19 - Interview Ready to be Scheduled

2015-09-23: NVC received file

2015-10-05: NVC assigned Case number, Invoice ID & Beneficiary ID

2016-06-30: DS-261 completed, AOS Fee Paid, WL received

2016-07-05: Received IV invoice, IV Fee Paid

2016-07-06: DS-260 Submitted

2016-07-07: AOS and IV Package mailed

2016-07-08: NVC Scan

2016-08-08: Case Complete

2017-06-30: Interview, approved

2017-07-04: Visa in hand

2017-08-01: Entry to US
