Hello everyone. So I got my new interview letter. This time it came to the right address. It’s going to be August 1.

I got most all of my paper work ready except of one thing. When I started my AOS filing I had my Medical examine done in June of 2006. Now my lawyer did not file my AOS papers until September. The dated on the medical however will most likely say June of 2006 witch means by the time I have the Interview the medical from has run out (if I understand right a medical form is only valid for a year) by the end of this month.

My question how many have gone with an outdated medical to the Interview and what happen. Did they pass anyway or did there process get hold up until they had a new examine done?

Will they go after the date I had the medical or when the AOS was filed witch was in September 06 and therefore I would be fine? Or, should I go ahead and get a new examine before the Interview.

If anyone could give me some pointers I would be very happy.

No need to worry. Our medicals were done in March 2006 and had AOS interview in May 2007, medicals were fine with the exception that the Center of Disease Control now requires that TB skin tests are completed along with chest X-ray, our medicals indicated clear chest x-rays, so interview was continued pending completion of TB skin tests.
