Hi,

I would like to ask the processing time and processing center for form I-130 . I am a permanent resident and I'm going to petition my wife from the Philippines.

I'm from Miami, Florida.

Thank you...

12 to 14 months .  You send it to the lockbox and they assign a service center

YMMV

The processing Center is determined by the USCIS when they receive your I130 application. You can search this website to get a sense of current processing tones , but until you have lodged the  form and know where it is being processed , you won’t get anything more specific.

They are PR not a USC so it's 2 years.

Check the current Visa bulletin.   Subject to change,  but it is currently not 2 years

YMMV

Still seems to be taking close to 2 years to process though. See VJ for lots of complaints that people are still waiting for petition approval and can’t do anything about it being current. Visa bulletin said likely to revert to priority date listings in the new fiscal year.
