Hi guys, just wanting opinions about what I have gathered for our AOS interview next month.

Copy of the I-864 (nothing has changed)

Both original birth certificates (my wife’s translated)

My wife’s passport with K1 Visa

My passport

My wife’s I-94 (No EAD or Advanced Parole letters of approval in mail yet)

My IRS transcript

My W2

My current pay stubs

My employment verification

All NOA’s from I-129F until AOS interview

My wife’s vaccination card (from Bolivia for Embassy interview done by a US doctor)

My wife’s Vaccination worksheet list  (from Bolivia for Embassy interview signed by US doctor)

My certified Divorce record

My criminal/police record (clean)

My wife has no criminal record and it was checked during Embassy interview.

Email from water company adding my wife to bill (she isn’t on current bill but should be the next)

Bank account statement-joint

My wife reflected as my beneficiary to my retirement/savings and pension

My wife reflected as my dependent on my company’s medical insurance

My wife's Social security card

Im not bringing pictures before wedding as I believe we are past pre-wedding USCIS stage and what’s the point? Thoughts?

*Pictures about 10 to 15 which include the following below;

Pictures of us after wedding (picture examples include Honeymoon, Disneyworld, pictures with family and friends etc.)

Pictures of our wedding

Invitations to our wedding

Im also considering bringing our friend to interpret (G-1256 Form) which I understand is ok as she is not a family member or has intimate knowledge of our relationship. My wife has learned a lot of English and chances are the interviewer will speak Spanish as well as English as most do in Miami.....thoughts?

Feel free to voice any opinion or suggestions,

Thanks

Our officer took only new joint tax return and 3 pictures, good luck :) if her English is not so good, its better to get interpreter.

Thanks, it’s just my feeling the officer already knows (maybe not 100% but close) if he or she will approve a green card. I do not know this as fact but it’s what I believe.

Thanks anjay, I think this is correct. My wife has SS# but no license yet. What I show above is all we are taking. Have a great day!

You don't need YOUR police report. Background check is made on the petitioner in the petition stage as far as I know. You've already pass this otherwise your wife wouldn't have been approved for tge K-1.
