I want to send back my RFE document and be able to track when it arrives.  I’m so nervous about sending in regular mail and the address they provide is a PO Box.

thanks in advance group.

Who knows where it will end up if you use a physical address. But I guarantee it will cause a delay. Just use the PO box. Thousands of us have had RFEs and used the PO box and everything turned out ok. I work for a different Federal Agency. These PO boxes are coded for purpose. If you send anything to the physical building address it will sit in a bin until someone figures out what to do with it.

Finally done...

I would send it to the address it tells you to send it. I sent it back certified mail so I was able to track it.

You send it to the PO box, the use of any other address will delay your reply

YMMV

Use PRIORITY MAIL ... has tracking just like the "big boys"  (which can't be used because it is a PO box)

The USCIS office in CA is over by Disneyland, in fact there is a Disney parking lot across the street ... still I don't know the street address.

Agree with @Hank_.  USPS Priority Mail is the way to go, imo.
