hello every one

My wife has filed I-130 for me  in September,2018.

My file is send to Nebraske Service Center.

at that time the USCIS projecting 7.5 to 9.5 months for approval.

But If we notice,,  Each period ,, the processing times increases specifically in nebraska !!!!!!!!!

what is the reason for this ?

Is there anyone else who suffering from his file being in Nebraske Service Center?

and if i change my address ,, Is it possible to transfer my file to another service center?

I am waiting for approval since 310 days to yet

Is this a normal situation?

thank you

No, you can’t move your file to a different processing center.

If USCIS deems it necessary, they’ll move around case loads to different centers.

If your wife thinks your case is outside processing times she can request case status update.
