Just print them on regular printer paper, it's not like they're headshots for your acting career.  As long as you and your fiance are recognizable in the photos they will suit their intended purpose.

Regardless of the method you use, all the options we have mentioned will be accepted regardless of if it is hard on the workers or not. Seems like you have several options! Like others have said photo proof is not required, only suggested. Best of luck!!! It's definitely a journey! 😉

Pictures are of little utilitarian value to the petition,  don't make a big deal about it

Depends on what they were doing.

I have been debating this topic back and forth. I just got 4x6 pictures printed from Walgreens. My question is do you think it's easier for them to be glued to a piece of paper with the description underneath or just label the back and put them in a ziploc bag? I just feel like the ziploc bag could easily be detached or lost from the packet. Do they scan the pictures as well or just look at them? If they scan them I feel like gluing them on paper would make it easier. Any suggestions?

We need to see the pictures in order to determine the correct advice.

Pictures are secondary evidence so it doesn't matter what they are doing and we certainly don't need to see them in order to give proper advice

YMMV

There’s always the part you send it (doesn’t even matter which style) they’ll lose it and just ask for the same evidence again..😂😂

I, Put it in the transparent baggies and a huge folder (didn’t know better), printed all on A4 with descriptions and dates next to it (so far both consulat officer and AOS io actually like how we did it as they could see everything in one page and technologically it’s easier to scan- because

1) they don’t scan backs of some papers or gets forgotten

2) it’s also hard for scanners that feeds from top to read layered papers which is what happens when you glue lots of things on one paper)

conclusion, they are scanning thousands of papers so I’m pretty sure they are feed from top and not scanned one by one. Pictures glued to things come off.. hence I sent A4 all in one.

Hi! I printed out 4x6 photos and put them in a bag just like you mentioned in the first post and just wrote the dates and what we we were doing on the back of each photo in permanent marker. I secured the ziploc bag to a piece of blank printer paper with paper clips and just put it in the middle of my petition. Got approved with absolutely no issue.

Like was said more than once... pictures are secondary evidence (as in NOT vital), I know some that send one or two photos and got approved without issue.  Most just print them out on a piece of bond paper ...  way too much discussion or something so simple

Dunno how we made it.

I did the EXACT same thing you did. But I put it in a Ziploc bag and put a binder clip attaching it to the rest of the documents. I had no issues

We sent no photos, except for the required 2x2 passport style ones.  No RFEs.

Hi there, I was wondering what kind of evidence/ proof you submitted, instead of pictures? I am getting scared that we made a bunch of mistakes with our package. I am thinking about getting further proof or additional documentation, before we get an RFE. We submitted everything that was requested on the Official website of the government, but here on the forum I see people handed in things such as e.g. a cover letter, which we did not hand in. For proof of the relationship we submitted 60 pictures, and i wrote on the back where and when the pictures were taken. Since we have done a lot of trips over the years, there are a bunch of pictures in different locations and of different things. I didn’t want to include too much personal information, so we did not include a letter written by a friend or family member. I wrote a longer letter of intent to marry, with a timeline of our relationship. Now I see examples of the letter of intend on here, and they are usually just one or two sentences. I really wish I had known about the website in advance, but I am trying now so I’m very thankful for advise or further information. THank you

Pictures will not suffice for evidence of meeting. That is secondary evidence. You need to provide passport stamps, flight itenerary/tickets, hotel receipts, receipts in general, etc.
