Your priority date is the date when Form I-130, Petition for Alien Relative was received by USCIS.

Thanks very much...there is someone with the same name as yours on a different forum for a sec I thought  it was that  person..

Anyway it's been almost 3 weeks since CEAC says visa is issued  but I haven't  heard from DHL, should I be worried? ?

Are you at one of the embassies where you have to register an account to get your passport back?
