A few questions for those kind enough to respond....

Questions - I-485

Part 1

A#? Is this the alien registration number? The first time I've seen something resembing this is written on the back of the I-94 departure record stapled in my wife's passport. Never appeared on any NOA during the I-129f/I-130 processes.

I-94# ? Is this the same as the departure number on the I-94 departure record stapled to passport?

Part 2

K-3 visa - Since my wife came over on a K-3 visa, what box do I check for application type? This sections seems geared to other K visa types.

Part 3

K-3 - What/Where is the non-immigrant visa number? There's a few strings of digits on the K-3 visa itself, some of which I can identify, but there there's a couple unknown to me.

I-693 - Question

As part of the guide to the I-485 package it lists including the I-693. My wife doesn't have this. She had to get a medical exam in her home country and a form was filled and given to the embassy, which was never returned. Was this the I-693? If so, do I ignore this step or retrieve it somehow? Since we lack any of the medical documentation, this part is holding up the I-485. If someone is kind enough to link me to a thread on these forums, thank you. Searching I-693 doesn't yield results.

A# may be written on back of I-94 card or is on the NOA2 for the I-129F

NOA2.jpg

I-94# is the number printed on the I-94 card.

K-3 checks box "a" because they have an approved I-130 petition, and attach a copy of the I-130 NOA2 letter.

Non immigrant number is the red control number on the Visa

The I-693 should already be at USCIS as part of the brown envelope from the consulate, you will need to provide an I-693A vaccination supplement this is don by a Civil surgeon in the USA for a fee.
