601 waiver approved, when will I get letter of instructions?

601 waiver approved on July 1st. Was told Montreal consulate sends letter of instructions by email but we've received nothing yet. First interview was over a year so I know we will need another interview but not sure what we can do right now. Tried to contact the consulate by email and phone with no response. Anyone have any advice besides just sit and wait or how long the instructions might take? It's been almost 3 weeks. Thanks

congrats on your approval!!!  if you don't mind me asking how long did it took for them for the approval ?

Hope so,  just keep hearing Canada takes longer to send instructions than any other country :(

Thank you!! 601 waiver received March 13, 2018. Got an RFE February 2019, sent back May 30th and approved July 1st.
