It's expensive for us to go to London, and so it would be better to go once instead of twice.
Can we do the medical and the interview on the same day/consecutive days?

I read that if the embassy doesn't have the medical results yet, you still do the interview, and they just approve you once they receive them.

So, is it a problem at all to do that?
Spending another £400 isn't the end of the world if we have to make two separate trips to London - but if we can avoid it why not?

Let's see how long this DCF CR-1 takes! 😀

So jealous that everyone is moving along with your stuff. I’m so stressed and worried about our NOA2 not turning up this week. But with the processing time only moving up 4 days from last week....I’m hoping maybe ours was just sent out a bit later in the week.

How long do you guys think it takes to book in the interview?

Don't panic, this whole process is a huge waiting game. I'm sure everything is fine. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when things happen so try not to read to much into it. I know how stressful and frustrating it is!! Stay positive 🙂

There you go! Congrats!!

Now on to waiting for the LND number.

I know!

We've just moved into our family’s flat.....do you happen to know how we change our address?  We have contact the with couple who moved into our old flat and they’re going to let us know when the NOA2 turns up....but now I, wondering if we should just leave it go until we get Nicks case number, and have the, let us know when it get there and then change it. Or if we should risk changing it now and hope it makes it before they send out our LND number.

I sent a signed letter to say we’ve moved and a new self addressed envelope for our new address and our NOA2 came to our new address. But our case number was still sent to our old address, we got it cause we did a redirection on our post.

That’s what I was afraid of. Only because I think the case number comes from a different place. Maybe we’ll just hold off. The people in our old flat will certainly let us know.

Has anyone gotten an interview date yet??  Still waiting for our LND number but hoping to be able to schedule the medical and interview ASAP so my husband can join me in the states. I move tomorrow!! Equal parts excited and so sad to have to be apart from each other.

Totally in the same boat, anxiously waiting on the LND number so we can get booking the medical and interview too. My husband has been back in the US since June so we've been apart for nearly 3 months. The case number cant arrive soon enough. Have everything crossed there isn't a long wait time for the interviews!!

Still waiting for the LND number here too.
Our NOA2 date was August 13th, so it looks like we’ve moved away from the quick 11 day turnover! 😞

Ugh. This is so frustrating. I feel like once they get on to our stuff all of a sudden everything slows way down. We were really hoping that my husband would be able to come to the US by the end of the October half term. We really don’t want to have to be apart for very long this time around.

Oh gosh I’m so sorry. That is so hard. I left today for the states. It’s been a heartbreaking day.

Really hoping we can get get him to the states by October half term. I hope that our expectations aren’t too high.
