My sister is in US and she has PR of United States. Last time i applied for F1 visa, i got refused. Now i want to apply for my business trip. I am afraid if i get refused again.

Why was your F1 refused? The reason for the denial could also be applicable to your new visa application so you would have to overcome those.

For your upcoming business trip, how long do you have to be in the US? Gather as much information so the CO can see the purpose of the trip from start to ending. Show the appointments etc. And show that you have enough ties to your home country that would prevent you from entering and staying in the US.

İ was refused under 214(b) and now i am going just for 9-10 days. How can i tell them about ties to my home country and my meetings with my clients? As they do not even see the papers.

Okay, so the CO decided that there was a risk of you staying beyond your allowed stay.

The specific overview of your appointments, together with maybe a statement from your employer that you are expected to be back at work at xxx date might help. Together with evidence of your rent/property payments, other responsibilities at your home country?

This will be a new interview and the only thing you can do is to make sure that you have the evidence with you and hope that the CO will want to see it.

Gotcha, thanks.

Unless there are material changes in your ties to return home, the same result would be more likely than not. But the chances are 0 if you don’t apply. I wish you the best and hopefully they issue the visa.
