Is B2 Visa still valid after entered US with K1 Visa?

I applied 10 years multi entrances travel visa (B2) before I applied K1 visa, now I'm in US with K1 visa and got married last month, wondering if my B2 Visa still valid? Can I leave out of US for 1 month and then come back with my B2 visa? Thanks.

Normally the B2 would be cancelled when you get the K1.

No, you cannot.  The B-2 is cancelled digitally, even if it is not stamped in your passport.  And the K-1 is a one-time entry. If you leave without AP, you will be denied entry.

No, No, and No. The B-2 was cancelled when the K-1 was issued. You can leave the US anytime but to come back to the US, you need a minimum a valid AP.

No.  If you leave without a travel document you will not be able to re-enter without filing a new petition and going through the whole waiting apart process again.

Some of the embassies put a “cancelled” stamp on the B visa when they issue a K1. If yours does not say cancelled you need to assume it is.

Make sure that you apply for AP when you file for EAD and once you receive your combo card you can travel.

No do not leave. if you badly have to travel.patiently wait for your travel document if you did applied for it during Adjustment of status. Your B2 Visa is no longer Valid. All the Best
