instructions from NVC (split topic)

Hi can anyone help me out I just want to know what it’s mean by .i applied f4 catogary in 2013 it approved at 2014 .now I checked it with my case number they are saying me to do six steps.can anyone explain me what they r trying to say anyone help me out by mail my email address is (removed)

you have put your question onto a existing tread which is old and inactive.  Repost your question on the NVC forum but please do not add personal information such as your email. I have asked the moderators to delete your post  for these reasons

You can only actually start once you have received the case number from the NVC. Give it 3 weeks then call and see if it has been assigned. You can prepare now by reading and rereading the full instructions from step 1-6 , and getting a really good solid understanding. Begin to gather the the documents or locate where  and how you can get them. That way you will be ready to file them once the number is assigned and the fees paid .
