I got an RFE update today on USCIS site. 65 days after I129F sent. Just wondering what it could be...  🤔

Got a RFE on 9/17/2019. At least the case is moving along :) (After 81 days of filing I-129F)

I-130 PD: 06-03-2019

Got some movement yesterday with some I-129Fs.

Was the RFE on the I130 or I129F?  If the RFE is on the I130, then they will approve the I129F.

All of the I129Fs approved recently have been for I130's with an RFE.  My understanding from others that this has happened to, when you fix the RFE for the I130, they process the I130.

Yes of course ! On 9/14 i received letter saying I didn’t prove my citizenship (which I had sent birth certificate) for i130 so I resent along with my passport and mailed it out two days later. And then a week later they approved on 9/25 and a day later i129f updated to denied

Out of curiosity, are the other Nebraska I-130 filers in Feb also being approved?

Not without expedite or I129f that I've seen, except 1 (JMPM I believe is from Feb) who purposefully continually bugged every USCIS employee he could find until getting approved 🤣

Yes at times I feared I might be blacklisted for revenge by putting me through rfe hell or losing the file or delaying the file. I was going to USCIS outreaches locally in Miami to voice my complaints and question why Nebraska was slow from Potomac and Texas. Why has the processing times extended each month. Why are the statistics getting worse each quarter. I got both of my senators involved and Congress person. (one senator replied late in the game he's a newbie Rick Scott) none of my congressional people were help. I did ask them that I was complaining on Nebraska specifically that I didn't want preferencial treatment. Then sometimes USCIS employees would comment on USCIS social media posts so I would tag replies to them about how much they suck at Nebraska. (Most would delete their comments) Email addresses I would find by LinkedIn, the electronic reading rooms on USCIS or name plates of individuals on social media USCIS posts. Whenever they had meetings and posed for photo that posted. Id note their names and email them. Usually first.last@uscis.dhs.gov out of hundreds I sent I only got a few handful that got bounced back that the email address didn't exist. One thing is I never actively messaged someone on social media directly. I waited till it was done in the public domain.

USCIS stage is over for now hopefully they get their stuff together when it's time to remove conditions and file for naturalization

I've could be misreading my NOA1 dates. Notice date is 2/1/219 but PD is 1/29/19
