Hi Everyone,

I have started a spreadsheet and trying to get everyone's information, if you could message me with the following information, that would be great.

I130 PD date

I129F mail date

I129F PD date

I130 NOA2 date

NVC date if received

Place that you mailed your I129F to Lewisville or Dallas

Please spread the word.

Thanks

P.S.  We have over 40 names on the Nebraska SC and 3 in the Texas SC.

How many people are still waiting on their adjudication for their I-129F for July?

We got denial update for the i129F on 10 Sept.

NO update on the i130.

I would call the USCIS.  However, usually they are processed either the same day or within a day or two.

I may wait a few days before calling.

We got an email at 11pm our timezone, which would make it midnight in Nebraska, to inform us of the denial of the 129F. perhaps tonight we may get another update.

I received both of mine at 9:30 pm last Friday.  Then I received the paper notifications on Monday.  I'm in the same time zone but was surprised that it was so late.  Anyway, I wouldn't be overly concerned and given that it takes 25-30 minutes of wait time to get through to the USCIS, I would probably wait too.  Besides you still have 30-90 days of wait till you receive your NVC number after the I130 approval.

So, we called the USCIS call centre this morning.

The i130 was approved in the morning of 11 September 2019. :) ( the K# was denied the evening of 10 September 2019).

We explained to the agent that online website did not give any updates. He said that the online tool is renowned for being way behind, and that he gave us the most recent information.

WOW I am lost for words. God is good all the time. No expedite, nothing out of the normal. Filing for that K3 Visa really works. 3 1/2 weeks after filing my I-130 was approved.

Someone with a 08/19/2019 PD got approved just today. Seems like at any moment they can approve the remaining July filers.

For me:
