I had the same issue with NVC! first they asked for a different copy of our marriage certificate and of my husbands birth certificate. We did that around july 15th 2019. then a WHOLE month later on august 13th we got an email telling us my marriage certificate was blurry. We uploaded it again. so basically now we are waiting for the docs to be approved!

In other conversations I've seen a lot of people talk about how they are expediting there cases and skipping the whole NVC process all together and having their cases sent straight to their respective consulates and they are making their own visa interview appointments...anyway, I'm just starting the NVC processing part of my process, ds260 has been filed and i864 is being sent tomorrow. I would like to see if you guys could please give me a little input on how long it takes to get a case complete...my husband and I are really stressed about how long this whole part of the process is going to take and how long it's going to take after cc until we finally get our interview appointment date in CDJ. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Wow, I had no idea that the NVC process could be skipped. I wonder how?

You have to show them it is causing you hardship or something. You can look it up. The NVC processing time is about 2 months right now for a case compeleré and from then on it’s just a matter of how busy your embassy is
