When visiting fiancée, did you book one or two hotel rooms? (Philippines)

Just out of curiosity, how did you guys do it?

I know local customs sometimes it affects the outcome of the K1 visa application. Would staying in one hotel room together look "too married" for the USEM (Philippines)? Should we stay in separate rooms?

Thanks everyone!

Manila doesn't care. I did read on here about a Pakistani couple that had problems at the embassy stage because they stayed in one room before they were married....))

Agree with Falcon Cara.  LOL  They never asked us.  But make sure you save the hotel receipts and add it to your "evidence" when you send in your I-129F application.  However, I also agree with Randyandyuni.  Ask her and go with what she says.  Better to be safe than sorry.

Actually it isn't best.  If you are going to go long term with a person then one must be sure they are compatible in everyway and being sexually compatible can make or break a marriage.

I remember many years ago I chatted with a girl for about 3 months, we had the best of times and chatted almost daily, got along great, she was attractive, came from a good family, had a degree in nursing, and was about 22 years old.

I made my trek over there and flew to her province, decided to stay at her house in her room, it was a nice house the father was a seaman and they had a nice house with aircon in most rooms.  After spending almost 2 weeks with her I found out we didn't have the chemistry that was needed at least for me to make her a wife.   It was sad to leave her but  knew I wouldn't be happy long term.
