My EAD/AP combo card expires in about 160 days so I'm thinking of renewing them as I'm still waiting on my greencard interview.

 

I was wondering...

 

1. If I have to include anything with them about applying for AOS (so that I don't have to pay the fee)?

2. If they can both be in the same envelope?

3. Where do I file them?

  1. Yes. Per the instructions, a copy of the I-485's NOA1 is needed in lieu of payment.
  2. Yes.
  3. Should be the same place as last time (it hasn't changed recently), but always check the USCIS website for the forms for confirmation.

10/14/17: Biometrics appointment notice received, 10/25/17: Biometrics

1/2/18: EAD + AP approved (no website update), 1/5/18: EAD + AP mailed, 1/8/18: EAD + AP approval notice hardcopies received, 1/10/18: EAD + AP received

9/5/18: Interview scheduled notice, 10/17/18: Interview

10/24/18: Green card produced notice, 10/25/18: Formal approval, 10/31/18: Green card received

K-1:

7/13/2017: Interview: APPROVED!!!

7/19/2017: Visa in hand

8/15/2017: POE
