08/03/06 -- I-129F NOA1

02/22/07 -- K-1 Visa Approval

03/02/07 -- POE St. Paul/Minnesota

05/29/07 -- Married in the Catholic Church

06/04/07 -- NOA1 for AOS and EAD

08/04/07 -- Biometrics

08/20/07 -- Received EAD by snail mail

08/21/07 -- AOS Interview--Approved

09/01/07 -- GC Received

Those are all the important points with the biometrics. But just adding details, ASC agents would check your hands for cuts or wounds, and check your passport/marriage certficate to see proof of the married name (some were not asked, I were asked but I have my passport amended already so they did not ask for the marriage certificate, just the passport) and made me fill out a form.

After my biometrics, they stamped and signed my appointment notice.

Nope - that's it.

If the person getting the biometrics done is the wife - then she needs to bring her marriage certificate to show change of last name.

(and we pay $70 for fingerprints and a picture... :whistle: )

04/2007 - Apply for AOS & EAD

07/2007 - EAD approved

01/2008 - Conditional Residency approved

11/2009 - Apply to remove conditions

02/2010 - Permanent Residency approved

11/2010 - Apply for Citizenship

03/2011 - Citizenship approved

07/2011 - Moved back to Brazil
