USCIS Receipt number, Validation Error

Hi 

my case was received on 6/7, it’s been more then a month but until now I can’t check my case status on uscis website, ever time I try it says validation error. I read somewhere it shows after biometrics, I’ve done my biometrics 4 days ago but still nothing, any had similar experience ?

My case was already approved and I'm still getting a validation error:

 

 

When I call USCIS and check the status via the phone, the automated system says the case number doesn't exist.

 

I was able to check the status of the same case only by creating a USCIS account or by talking to a live operator:

I can also check the status on my account, but yours, the other link doesn’t work for me.

What was your form ?

That link is to create a USCIS account in case you didn't have one yet. The system is down at the moment though.

Thank you the other site works for me but not the regular one

I filed my I-130 in February and it was like this throughout the entire case for me — same message and everything. When my petition was approved, that was when my tracking started working (around first week of June). From there it updated with approved —> left our facility for NVC, or some thing like that. Even during non-maintenance times, this service hasn’t worked for a lot of people unfortunately.

That’s really frustrating to wait in darkness, congratulations on your approval, hope the same will work for me too.
