I am July 2019 filer, both of my parents' cases got approved today. It took Texas Center 220 days to make a decision.

Does anyone know if I am supposed to get notified by NVC via email or mail?

What to expect down the road? I know I need to upload a bunch of documents, I-864 and pay some fees. But I don't get how will I or my parents get communicated about the next steps?

Potomac

Assuming you are a US citizen, and assuming that the beneficiary is an immediate relative to you, you are still within the range of their processing times.

Basically you just barely hit their minimum threshold which supposed to reflect a mean of 50% cases resolution. Also, based on today's data, 93% of cases that were filed with Potomac in July 2019, should be resolved by June.

So there you have it, an incredibly high chance case resolution by June. But based on my personal experience with estimate on USCIS' processing times, you should get some response way before June; given you properly compiled your case and gave extensive evidence, if such was needed.

Good luck to you!
