Hi everyone!!! Our case was approved today, January 3.    PD: July 12 2019 Texas Service Center    I’m going to update my timeline now 😊 I hope everyone else waiting gets go

How long since you got that reply from USCIS ?

I got that reply from USCIS 5/21; no movement as of yet but I've requested my senator's office look into the case. We'll see what happens. Hopefully we are all approved soon!!

RFE's  Our Lawyer mailed the response to the RFE's and the USPS tracking stated "Delivered" on June 29th 2020.  two weeks have passed and they apparently haven't opened the packets. so I thought to up load everything.  The account I set up on Myaccount.USCIS.gov only gives me access to one of the 3 "Linked" petitions.  I FINALLY got though to a live person at USCIS and got sent to tier 2, an I guess I have to set up another account with a different E-mail, and then add at least one, they said because they are linked they all should come up.  I did this  but after 11 1/2 MONTHS of course the "Online access code" has expired.  I've tried to ask for a new code but it looks like the sloths at USCIS are still dragging tail.  Has anyone requested another code before and if so how long until they respond, also will they mail or E-mail it?

Is anyone else still pending? We have had zero movement on our case, no request for evidence, NOTHING.... my senator's office looked into the case for me in early June and was told it's pending extended background checks but I've checked the online account and there has not been any updates since the day the senator's office got a response. Any advice?

Our case is still pending too. PD June 20, 2019. Got transferred to VSC from TSC on July 15, 2019. No updates till date.
