Not sure we haven't received the letter yet but we gave not many pic etc. so I am pretty sure its regarding that.

My case was transferred from CSC to Nebraska on sat same date.

How do you guys know that your case was  transsfered , do you reicive any mail or anything.

If you install USCIS apps like Lawfully, they will send you a notification that your case has been updated by USCIS.

 

Once you get such a notification, there is a 99% possiblity that your date has changed in your USCIS account. Login to your USCIS account to confirm that the date has changed.

 

If the date changed, call or message USCIS to know if your case was transferred.

Hi Dax i wanted to ask. Does Lawfully send a notification alert if your date changes on your USCIS case? Tracks the date changes?

NOA 1 7/11/19

 

Expedite request 4/15/20

 

2 x senator, 1 x congressman, and 1 x ombudsman inquiry 

 

Extra security checks and what not until now and expedite approved 

 

NOA 2 5/20/20

 

NVC never transfered and no case updates until now

Yes, before that, my case wasn't touched, after the inquiries, they blew me to the back with security checks, but after everyone questioning them, I belive the expedite was approved

That's good to know. Any idea what might trigger extra security checks?
