No i haven't but is this started to slowly turn into them being the match makers? Not going by simple guidelines? 

I hope all you get through this. The farther i go into this process the creepier it seems to get.

Ours isn't from what I understand. Wife is from Russia, living in Georgia 🇬🇪. And I'm a full blood USC

Hmmm i wonder what causes this extended check. Or is it normal for everyone?

No idea, we requested an expedite, they rejected it and told me I needed to do fingerprints before an expedite could be processed. Then lawyer and senators got involved and they said it was a clerical mistake, and that my fingerprints aren't required from me in our case. 

 

Refiled the expedite with a tier 2 officer, then got an email 2 day later that it wasn't able to be done as they're doing extended background checks. Looks like they forgot about our case, and needed an excuse to prolong it after getting a lawyer inquiry, a congressional inquiry, and 2 senator inquiries.

Just found our case has been transferred to Vermont Service Center. No letter sent or anything. Does anybody have an experience with the transfers?

Same boat...transferred to Nebraska. No notice or emails. Verified by calling them and the messages.

We finally received an RFE after nagging them for couple of days, so I would say keep following up. From what it seems transfers are looked into ASAP so there is some silver lining!

When was the last update date on your account ? They won't even tell me when it was transferred - last update on my account is Feb 23 and I just found out couple of weeks ago.
