I have no clue what their process is like. I'm 100% sure the processing times on the website for Texas are completely wrong. How can they be processing September 2019 if us July 2019 ppl are still sitting without approvals?

Check the news... he says he's going to sign an executive order. Not sure he knows how its possible, he just likes to sign on he doesn't know about.

Even if he does its probably gonna be for just few months but i don't think it will effect us since our cases are still not approved yet. I mean send us to NVC atleast so that we have lined up and then I can wait few months for damn interview date at embassy.  I wouldn't mind then

This is from Washington post

Title 42 of the U.S. Code enables the president to halt immigration for health reasons, while a recent Supreme Court decision upholding his travel ban gives him unlimited authority on immigration.

If such an order were in fact signed, it would be unprecedented in American history, Nowrasteh said. During 1918, the worst year of the Spanish Flu, the United States allowed tens of thousands of immigrants to enter the country.

And during World War II, the country continued to grant visas and allowed migrant workers from Mexico to enter the country through the bracero program.

Lol this guy i swere 😂  he just looks for opportunity to keep people out of country. Like he's always sitting licking his chops when can he do something about immigration

His stupidity and single-mindedness is baffling. He's been after immigration since 2016 and now he's making up any reason to stop it.

Only reason he keeps his antics about immigration is that he thinks this is way to get votes. This is the only bullet he has left now to get re elected since economy has gone to $^@^ and now he doesn't know what to babble about and how to keep 3 states that he needs to get re elected.

July 22, 2019 for Noah 1.  Nothing yet, and when I check it just says its being processed.  I knew the pandemic would slow it down , but now with the president stating he is going to halt all immigration I'm extremely worried. My husband is Australian and we've been married 6 years and together 10 years. We have a lovely home here in the states, but this separation just is starting to seem to be too much. The not knowing when is just overwhelming now .

I spoke to a tier 2 agent today he said our case is in extended review... my lawyer says it's extended background checks 🙄 God knows when we'll get approved.

Oh no I am so sorry about that. I believe its the FBI check which takes somewhat longer but again I have hardly seen any I-130 getting approved more than 10 months so fingers crossed.

Do you mind telling me how did you get intouch with a Tier 2 agent? Thanks!
