My PD is July 22, 2019 and have not hear anything back. I will be eligible to file a case inquiry in 3-4 days. Has anyone got a positive review of filing a case inquiry? Thanks!

Have you filed a case inquiry with USCIS if your service center is Texas? 

I filed it but to no use.. they said we understand it's outside of normal processing but we need more time to thoroughly review the request... this was more than a month ago. The date in the myUSCIS account hasn't even changed since Feb 23rd when the case was transferred to Texas

Oh no that sucks. Are you thinking of filing a congressional inquiry?

My PD is July 15yh with TSC and I filed it yesterday haven't gotten any response yet but i dont think there will be any meaningful response.  Also date on USCIS account doesn't mean much, because if you send messages through your account for example you send messages saying 'what is the service centre for my case?' You will get a computer generated response telling you your service center and stuff and you will see the date will change as well. I have tried it couple times so I don't trust that date as well. They are gonna take their time and during this pandemic they have better excuse so all we can do is just wait, that's basically it. Nothing is gonna do anything.

Yes, I submitted an inquiry with the senator's office on Friday, fingers crossed! Hope yours gets processed soon too!

Actually for me the date reflects when the case was opened because the date changed on Feb 23rd. I have made inquires and sent emails none of them changed that date.

I'm actually getting annoyed and pissed off now because the stupid president is now saying he will suspend immigration. Urghhhh

When i downloaded the file that they have uploaded i noticed that its not even full application so what I did was uploaded the scans of my application pdf on my uscis account and since then my date has changed 3 times. Also i know people whose PD is in August and they have been approved already.  It's god damn mess, i don't understand this stupid anymore

Can't just suspend immigration congress has control over immigration policy. President does have immigration powers but how can he just suspend? I don't this thats possible.

I have no clue what their process is like. I'm 100% sure the processing times on the website for Texas are completely wrong. How can they be processing September 2019 if us July 2019 ppl are still sitting without approvals?

Check the news... he says he's going to sign an executive order. Not sure he knows how its possible, he just likes to sign on he doesn't know about.
