After long wait post approval - finally heard from USCIS today. According to them, case benefited from a pilot electronic process for the I-130 petition, and was processed faster than average for cases of this type. NVC still hasn't recieved the case.Is this normal?

It took about 5 weeks for case creation at NVC for my husbands application. You should hear something soon🙏

Well after being excited that we had 1 of our 3 petitions approved.... we are still waiting on the other 2 and left feeling confused (and a bit broken) as to why this is?!? 😢 we were thinking the other 2 would come through within a few hours, or at least Monday as it was approved Friday.... but nothing. Neither of those has had a date update since 19th. My husband has called uscis twice and been told that they don’t understand why they’ve not all been approved together either, and that every petition is case by case and we could be waiting upto another 7 months for the other 2 to get approved.

ugh so frustrating! I hope you hear something soon

Don't worry it's will soon get to yours.i was worried too when i saw some of the approvals that there dates  have passed ours on Facebook. Some 25 and 26 dates was approved before ours but you see now it's  done. You will hear good news. I agree with someone in these forum that said most of the approvals comes mostly on Thursdays and fridays. Keep your fingers crossed.

Please,  after the approval what is next?

Is the beneficiary supposed to received an email from NVC?

Hi. I am the petitioner and our case was approved on March 25th. Both my attorney and I received the email from NVC with the NVC case number. I don’t think they email the NVC letter to the beneficiary.

I thought that getting a case number from NVC was taking a few weeks after NOA2 (4 weeks, even more). Did it change lately (IOE numbers ?) ? What waiting time can we expect now ?

Approved yesterday NOA2 and I got an email from NVC in the afternoon. I was expecting 3 weeks. So paid the fees today and starting this week to send my application.
