I don't what happened with my case. Got an approval on 22nd of Feb, but NVC has still not recieved the case. This is so frustrating - it is like they keep putting up one hurdle after another. I've been calling them religiously everyday and all I get is that "we have not recieved the case from USCIS, it may take upto 6 weeks".

Finally!!!
We can share good news too (kinda!)

one of our 3 petitions has just been approved 😊 (Eldest step daughter, still waiting on youngest step daughter and spouse)

PD July 9

Service Center - originally Nebraska but transferred without notice to California
Approved today March 20

So relieved!!

Well after being excited that we had 1 of our 3 petitions approved.... we are still waiting on the other 2 and left feeling confused (and a bit broken) as to why this is?!? 😢 we were thinking the other 2 would come through within a few hours, or at least Monday as it was approved Friday.... but nothing. Neither of those has had a date update since 19th. My husband has called uscis twice and been told that they don’t understand why they’ve not all been approved together either, and that every petition is case by case and we could be waiting upto another 7 months for the other 2 to get approved.

I also got my July 22 2019 NOA1 approved on March 24 from Nebraska!  Logged into NVC and paid my fees today.

How do you pay the fees? I'm trying to pay both fees (have to be paid separately 😒) but I can't use my US spouse's bank card.

Did you have to list the routing and account number? Is that how payments are made in the US in 2020!?

Yes, I entered the routing # and account # for my account in the US.  And yes, I had to pay one fee at a time.
