Hi everyone. Did anybody here who expedited at the USCIS stage receive an email response like this after sending in evidence/documents?:

“We have received the requested evidence. Your case is under expedited review. You should receive a decision or notice of further action within 30 days.”

I’ve asked this qn in some other groups, but I’m getting mixed answers. I’m still not sure if this means a decision will be made within 30 days about accepting or denying my expedite request or a decision will be made on my actual petition (i.e. approval, RFE or denial).

I’ve seen your question a lot of times here. Don’t think about it too much...

on the next 30 days the will 1. Approve it or 2. Deny it, period. Towards your expedite request.

And obviously they’ll have to approve, deny or ask for RFE just if they APPROVE your expedite request.
