Congratulations! Just curious, did you have an IOE case number? I am trying to put some data together to understand and correlate how they may be processing online/IOE applications. It seems like there has been a spike in approvals lately so I am wondering if they have all been IOE cases and USCIS has finally streamlined their new online system. I have a theory that the IOE cases are just in one big electronic pool and aren't assigned to any specific processing center.

I am very interesting in your theory. It would be great if you can put some data togther.

I believe that they are assigned to a specific service center. From what I have read all cases were assigned an IOE as of July of 2019. My priority date is 07/10/19 and NOA1 is 07/12/19. Our case is at Potomac and has been since the beginning. I have been contacted by Potomac to help me with my account on 2 separate occasions. We are still waiting for NOA2. By my USCIS app it shows that only half of the cases around our case, 20/40 cases, have been reviewed/ RFE/ approved. It is my assumption that by the processing times, 50% processed by 9 months and 93% processed by 12 months now, they do not go in order. I believe that they pick a number of cases to review to keep their processing times and the rest they review at a later date. I think that is why we see some that are approved at a future date while others are still waiting.

We were originally assigned Nebraska, but are now under the jurisdiction of California apparently. Our PD is July 9, there’s been loads of approvals from our date since the end of December until now, I counted 13 in the 1000 case numbers around ours alone just on March 18.

I’ve not seen any that have been moved from Nebraska to California be approved yet though 😞😢  Has anyone else?

I saw someone say they’ve not seen any IOE case take longer than 9 months on a FB comment but I don’t know how accurate that is? But we are rapidly heading towards that point now.

IOEs are hard to track data for as you can’t tell which office has jurisdiction but I’d be interested to see your info and theories too.
