Judging by the Potomac group on FB, that service centre seems to be moving relatively steadily now, so let's hope it continues. Multiple NOA1 (or PD...? but I think they're NOA1) dates of the 12th approved at the beginning of the week, two 16th yesterday, one 17th today...

 

I'm the 18th so fingers crossed.

 

(Though I think people are confusing their PD and NOA1 dates a lot which is throwing things off LOL.)

Can you link me the Potomac group? I'm in a few different i-130 visa related groups, but none are specifically for Potomac.

Guys, has anybody experienced no notice of transfer so far? 

I emailed in the online system and got a response to check texas processing time meanwhile my NOA1 and previous inquiry said California and they never sent me a transfer notice. I have an IOE no.

The redistribution for 2020 so far seems all over the place. Why don't they just employ more officers so that all service centres can get up to date? I saw an August filer got transferred from Nebraska to Texas and have already got approved, which seems a real shame for those Nebraska filers still stuck there and waiting from early 2019. Feels like they only have one officer working on us all at Potomac right now as well.

Makes me want to think IOE is now a central system and can assume the identity of any center at any point in time.

 

If true, it means service center for IOE is irrelevant.
