Hi. I just realized after seeing your post that the “E-filing location” part of the status is no longer there in my case status either. I’m an October filer in TSC and had a date change on Feb 23. I wonder why they took out that part of the status.

Mine no longer has this either, but it did earlier? How strange...

CR-1 VISA TIMELINE (LONDON EMBASSY)

26th May 2019 — Married 💕

12th July 2019 — I-130 sent

19th July 2019 — NOA1, assigned Potomac service center

17th March 2020 — NOA2!
21st March 2020 — NVC case number received, all fees paid

26th March 2020 — All NVC documents submitted

5th June 2020 — Expedite approved by embassy
8th June 2020 — Case in transit NVC --> London

9th June 2020 — Call from London to schedule interview

16th June 2020 — Interview (221G, pending medical results, everything else fine)

17th June 2020 — Medical (mostly went well but something odd was showing on chest x-ray, cue stress)

22nd June 2020 — Medical confirmed all-clear and sent to embassy (P H E W)

2nd July 2020 — Visa status changed to issue, notification from courier

3rd July 2020 — Arrived at depot, informed I can't collect due to COVID-19 lockdown in Scotland. Had to get it rerouted (took a LOT of phonecalls)

Yeah, it’s strange. It was there earlier. I’m not sure when they changed it.

I had a date change on 23rd and today my tracking apps notified me that my case was updated.

I checked and saw that the E-file location is no longer attached to my case status. This is either a general thing for everyone or maybe for only those whose dates changed.

My tracking app told me that my case was updated too. I very excitedly logged into my MyUSCIS account expecting an updated "in process" date but nothing changed.

I also checked the egov website and the "e-filing location" sentence was also removed for my case. Not sure what all of this means though.

Mystery solved...

I believe that editing in the sentence was what caused the date change.

Hm, not necessarily! The e-filing sentence has been edited for me too but my last date change is October.

It’s all so confusing. If the date change was due to the E-filing location status being removed, then everyone should’ve had their date changed. But I saw some ppl had the E-filing location removed without having a date change. I don’t know what’s going on.

My I-130 (IOE) was transferred from California to Nebraska without any notices (I checked with the USCIS call center). I suspect that the transfer happened when the date was updated.

Has everyone had the 'e filing' part removed?
