I have seen a few June-August approvals as well, so I guess we will see if this is Nebraska's way of speeding things up, hopefully they will start clearing out their Jan-Feb 2019 backlog more quickly though but it certainly does seem like good news for Nebraska filers

A lot of Nebraska cases have been transferred to Potomac, so that likely explains why Potomac has slowed down while we're seeing more Nebraska approvals. Congrats to those who've gotten them.

Did your dates get changed before you got the approval? I have been seeing a lot of posts on VJ and Facebook groups where the date changed to 23/24 Feb a few days back and some people are linking it to the fact that only those are getting approvals for whom this date changed. So, its kind of freaking me out because mine didn't change and is showing 26th December, 2019.

We did apply for the K3. An enquiry was made with a congressman which may explain why it was approved quicker. The reason for the enquiry was a medical reason.

 

In relation to the USCIS log on page being updated or not, I don’t have access to that system and never logged on so I have no idea to be honest!

Right yours was approved before the general change for everybody that was on 23/24 feb. Hoping it doesn’t have any effect on approval 😭🤞🏻

Received this about a month ago. Just logged in and it still says this but.......the update shows 26-FEB (yesterday) now.

 

Did this happen to anyone else? If so, were they approved shortly after? Forever the cynic, I'm not expecting anything until June/July.

It looks like most of the cases that had a date change on their cases were from Texas and Nebraska centers. I haven't heard of any Potomac Center filers with the date change of the 23rd. Anybody?

We're at Potomac. I logged on last night on the off chance ANYTHING had changed....but we haven't had any date changes since December. 🙁
