Okay guys, I just got off the phone with USCIS (called to see if I could expedite my case) and out of curiosity I asked for the exact processing time frame and she said they are currently working on JUNE 4, 2019 applications 😐 .  Said it is taking 6 to 7 months for approval.  Really makes me wonder what is going on.  Why have some July applications been approved then?  This wait is killing me. 😣

I think they were mentioning receipt date for case inquiry. So if you're PD is June 4, 2019, you can submit a case inquiry on why no decision has been made on your petition

My wife called this morning and they said, if you didn’t get a notice that your file was transferred to another SC, then it wasn’t. And that expect your case to be processed within the up to 16 months timeframe. Lastly, she said that K3 are being looked at after 9.5 months.. so definitely not very helpful...

That would make sense, I did see that too.  But she threw me off with her response of 6 to 7 months.  I fall under the  6.5 to 8.5 category.  Well lets keep on crossing our fingers 🤞

Has anyone from the Nebraska service center been approved?

Probably not. I've stopped letting it get me down now. It's likely that most of them will start coming through July of this year if they keep going at the same rate.

It's cute seeing some of the Texas filers complaining. If only! 😉

To be fair, I think their fervor seems to come from the total disregard for priority dates that they have been facing. 😅 The Texas center approval system is just bizarre. Potomac may be slow as hell right now, but at least they honor the damn PD.

True. I'm sure I'd find a way to be pissed off either way!

What's the deal with Texas? Did it used to take a lot longer?
