Congratulations! Just a quick qn. Are you considered a July filer an August filer? Bcuz I saw your approval on Igor’s list and your NOA1 date was August 2nd. Just curious bcuz I was wondering if TSC started working on August yet.

I think of myself as July filer. They accepted application on July 31st.

Not as far as I’ve seen yet. Nebraska are still only on March 2019, they haven’t touched our i129f that we also filed in August to try and speed it up either. So there’s still going to be lots of us waiting on this thread for sometime still.

Relieving that Potomac seems to be back on track, seen a few 10th July PD approvals so crossing my fingers that they reach us this month as well.

Our PD is July 29 at Texas. Does anyone know why later PDs are getting processed before ours? Just curious to understand the process a little better!

I don't think there's anyway to know the reason why, but your approval is coming any day now with a July PD with TX!

Hi all,

I recieved a call from a USCIS agent, my case was transferred from Nebraska service center to Potomac service center. Seems like they have transferred many cases from July to Potomac. I hope this speeds up the process. Fingers crossed.
