I’ve visited twice in the past 6 months under ESTA and it has been fine every time

Don’t worry same here. Even though I know it’s perfectly reasonable and legal for me to visit my husband while my I130 is pending, I still get a panic attack every time I’m in line at border control 😂

Our i-130 was approved by USCIS December 18. (Pd July 5 IOE at TX)

 

NVC received January 20.

 

Paid all fees January 24

 

Submitted I864 and IV applications plus all civil documents yesterday.

 

No we wait again!

Citizen, sent in July 5, approved December 18 from Texas service center.

Okay so my case tracker app is saying approved but when I log into my USCIS account , it still says in process ... anyone know why that could be ?
