I guess they are still tied up with all the transferred work, and maybe they have only a couple of officers looking at I-130s

This is so stressful... My PD is July 22, did they just stop processing July 😟?

Cant believe its February already and we dont have our approval yet. Opening up an e-request for outside normal processing time helps? What do you guys think?

The date for inquiries in Potomac is April 24, 2019.  You've still got a few months before being able to submit an inquiry.

Unfortunately won't do anything unless it's outside of the inquiry date on the website. They will just say "you are still within normal processing time, submit an inquiry if your case becomes past the inquiry date"

My last update date changed from August 2019 to January 29, 2020. It still shows "In Process" but Its progress!!

So my account just got touched again on back to back days....

 

Yesterday my updated date changed to January 29, today I checked again and it just changed to January 30th?! It still shows "In Process"

Fingers crossed for you.  I'm at Texas, with PD 7/22/19 - and no movement 😕 they just stopped working.  So stressing!
